Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and No-Show Policy To ensure fairness and maintain availability for all clients, the following payment policy applies to cancellations and no-shows: Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the scheduled class to avoid fees. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of $50.00. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged a no-show fee of $50.00 No-shows are defined as appointments missed without any communication before the start time. Payment Policy: Cancellation and no-show fees will be automatically charged to the payment method on file. By booking an appointment, clients agree to this policy and acknowledge that a fee will apply if it is not followed. This policy ensures that all clients have access to timely services and allows us to manage our schedule effectively.
